Booking mobile drug testing with Priority Diagnostics Inc is simple. We handle every detail, from dispatch to documentation to results.
Call, text, or submit our online booking form. Tell us your location, the number of donors, the test type (DOT or Non-DOT), and your preferred date and time. We confirm availability and dispatch schedule within minutes.
A trained, certified drug testing collector is dispatched to your facility, jobsite, or designated collection location. Our collectors arrive on time with all supplies, chain-of-custody forms, collection kits, tamper-evident packaging, and shipping materials.
Each donor is checked in and their identity verified using a government-issued photo ID. The appropriate chain-of-custody form is completed before any specimen is collected.
The certified collector performs the specimen collection following strict federal or company-specific protocol. For urine collections, an appropriate private restroom is used. Oral fluid, hair, and breath alcohol collections occur at a designated, clean area at your site.
Specimens are sealed with tamper-evident labels, initialed by the donor, and documented on the chain-of-custody form. Copies of the CCF are distributed to all required parties per DOT or non-DOT program requirements.
Specimens are packaged and sent via overnight secure courier to our SAMHSA-certified laboratory partner. Chain-of-custody documentation accompanies every shipment.
The laboratory analyzes the specimen and reports results to a licensed Medical Review Officer (MRO). For any non-negative result, the MRO contacts the donor to review any legitimate medical explanation before a final result is issued. Negative results are typically available within 24–48 hours.
Final, MRO-verified results are reported to your Designated Employer Representative (DER) or authorized contact via secure electronic or written report. You receive clear, actionable information to make compliant employment decisions
