Mobile drug testing means a certified collector comes to your location — your workplace, jobsite, or home, to perform the specimen collection on-site. You do not need to send your employees to a clinic or testing center. Priority Diagnostics Inc dispatches collectors throughout San Diego and Orange County.

Yes. All of our DOT collections follow 49 CFR Part 40 requirements, including use of federal Chain-of-Custody Forms (CCF), SAMHSA-certified laboratory processing, and Medical Review Officer (MRO) verification of all results.
We provide compliant testing for FMCSA, FTA, FAA, FRA, PHMSA, and USCG-regulated employers.
Yes. We offer DOT Random Testing Consortium enrollment and coordination services for employers who need to meet DOT annual random testing rate requirements
We collect urine, oral fluid (saliva), and hair follicle specimens for drug testing, and perform breath alcohol testing using DOT-approved evidential breathalyzer devices.
Most negative urine drug test results are reported within 24–48 hours of laboratory receipt. Non-negative results require MRO review, which may add 1–3 business days. Hair follicle results typically take 3–5 business days. We will communicate expected turnaround times at the time of booking.
An MRO is a licensed physician who reviews all non-negative laboratory drug test results before they are reported to an employer. The MRO contacts the donor to determine if a legitimate medical explanation (such as a prescription medication) exists for the positive result. This protects employees from incorrect positive reports.
Chain-of-custody is the documented, step-by-step record of who handled a specimen from the moment of collection to final reporting. It proves that the specimen was not tampered with or confused with another donor's sample. Our collectors strictly follow chain-of-custody procedures on every collection to ensure the legal and scientific integrity of your results.
For DOT-regulated employers, a written drug and alcohol policy is required. For Non-DOT employers, a written policy is strongly recommended to protect you legally and to clearly communicate your expectations to employees. We can point you to resources to help you develop or review your policy.
